The Cogsworth costume I made for our son participating in the Jr. High version. Corrugated plastic, spay adhesive and fabric covered. Then bolted together and foam cut out faced that was carved out with a heat took, painted and glued on top of fabric that also was applied with spray adhesive. The top and bottom of the cut out is wooden appliqué. Metal was screwed together, spray painted gold & bolted onto the fabric so it swung while he walked. A golden resin key was placed in a hole on his back
