save this ONE PAN BROCCOLI CHEDDAR ORZO 🥦🧀 Into a pan add: 1/4 cup olive oil 1 can unsweetened full fat coconut milk 1 tsp turmeric 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp dried thyme Pepper to taste Juice of 1 lemon 16 oz water Mix until combined.. Then add: 1 head chopped broccoli 1 1/2 cups orzo (Make sure orzo Is completely covered by liquid0) Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 400 F. Until orzo is tender and cooked. Give it a good mix! Protein breakdown: 200g extra firm tofu: 33g protein 200g soba noodles: 32g protein = 65 /2 = 32.5g Ingredients 200g buckwheat soba noodles 200g extra firm tofu 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger 1 tbsp crushed fresh garlic 2 tbsp tamari 1 medium English cucumber, julienned or finely sliced into matchsticks Dressing: Juice of one large lime 1 tbsp tamari 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp toasted sesame oil Pinch of chilli flakes (optional) 1/2 tsp agave syrup To serve: Your favourite chilli oil (optional) Fresh basil (optional) Method: Get the tofu out the packet, drain and give it a good squeeze, wrapped in kitchen paper, to absorb any excess water. In a medium bowl, crumble the tofu into small pieces with your hands by @sophsplantkitchen
