Ingredients • 200 g ripe bananas (1 cup) • 100 g porridge oats (1 cup) • Handful of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (I used 85% dark chocolate as it contains less sugar!) Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper. (I used a 20 cm x 20 cm baking dish). 2. Mash the bananas, then add the oats and mix well. 3. Top with chocolate and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. 4. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars. 5. Buon appetito! 👶🏼 Suitable from 6 months (avoid chocolate for babies under 2 or swap with halved blueberries). ❄️Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. To defrost, transfer them from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight.
