Rhino enrichment at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo - Here's another one I've seen done for horses with bigger holes and using hay. The 'swing' factor makes it bit more challenging :)

Rhino Enrichment at the Dublin Zoo - Another enrichment idea that lends itself to use with many types of critters. Simply freeze food (and in some cases toys would work) into an ice block of appropriate size for the animal of choice and watch 'em go! A great summer foraging / enrichment activity. Heck, it'd work for fish and aquatic animals, too!

Hmmm... I wonder how hard it would be to make a cat climbing tower like this with a faux Ficus tree? I see the fake trees for sale at the thrift store all the time! Maybe create replaceable cardboard 'roof tiles' for kitty scratching?
