Maud Lewis

Maud Lewis (1903-1970) was a folk artist based in Nova Scotia who painted quaint maritime scenes that have charmed people across generations. Even presidents were unable to resist the charm of her art; Richard Nixon commissioned 2 pieces from the artist! For over 20 years, Mayberry Fine Art has been helping collectors acquire significant Maud Lewis pieces and compiling exhibitions that have helped raise Lewis' profile in the Canadian and International art world.
