Difficulty: Easy INGREDIENTS For the loaf cake • 200 g (1 cup) caster sugar • 1 large orange, zest and juice • 110 g (½ cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature • 175 g (1 cup+1 tbsp) plain (all-purpose) flour • 40 g (¼ cup+2 tbsp) cocoa powder • 1 tsp baking powder • 0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) • 0.5 tsp salt • 2 large eggs • 125 g (½ cup) yoghurt (I use Greek yoghurt) For the decoration • 6-8 tbsp marmalade (more if you wish!) • chocolate shavings, to decorate (optional) • 3-4 orange slices, to decorate (optional)
