crust: 1 1/3 c flour 1/2 t salt 1/2 stick chilled Crisco shortening 3-6 T ice cold water Filling: 1 can dulce de leche caramel (divided) 8 oz cream cheese, soft 1/4 c powdered sugar 2 1/2 c whipped cream 1/4 c sugar Whip cheese with 1/2 c of Dulce & P. sugar, whip cream with sugar-save 1/2 c for top.
