Hot Honey Chicken and Rice w/ Guacamole. Low calorie, high protein, great for meal.
Chicken: ⚫ 2 chicken breast (about 145g each breast) • 1 tsp olive oil ⚫ season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and chili powder Guacamole: • • 1 small avocado • 1/2 chopped tomato • 1/2 chopped onion (red or white) • squeeze of half a lime • season with a pinch of salt and garlic powder OPTIONAL: chopped jalapen Hot Honey Sauce:• 1 tbsp honey (or low calorie maple syrup) 2 tsp hot sauce (I use sriracha) • • 1-2 tbsp light mayo (or fat free greek yogurt) • squeeze of half a lime • Rice: I use 1/2 cup uncooked Brown or White Rice, which yields approx. 1 and a half to 2 cups of cooked rice. Served with chopped cilantro or parsley. NOTES: If you choose to meal prep, seperate the guacamole and the chicken. That way, you can heat the chicken on its own w/ the rice or yo
