Oh my goodness. Or I'm very strong. Thank you very much. Don't worry about the seeds because we're not going to like put throw it in the bowl. So we're going to grab a cup no sorry this is a third cup of sugar. And we're going to pour that all over our apples and lemon. I'm going to grab a spoon and just kind of softly mix it just kind of making sure that all of those apples are coated and the sugar's everywhere. Alright so once that's set now we're going to pop this in the microwave for 3 minutes. Alright. Well, that's in the microwave. I have my rolled out puff pastry and I'm going to cut down the I was about to say down the middle. That is not down the middle but we're going to cut a few strips like so. Beautiful. Alright, once that's done, Alright, I'm going to grab one strip. I'm going to lay it down like that. I have my apple butter. And I'm going to just very lightly kind of spread it. We don't want too much. Want this to be a very clean and light fluffy pastry. But I do love me some apple butter. So we're just going to spread that. Nice thin layer. Just like so. Alright by now my apples should be ready. I'm going to go grab those. Alright, here are my apples nice and bendy. Put that out of the way. Alright. So, now, I'm going to grab my first apple and you see how that bends? That's what you like to see. So, we're going to pop that right there just over slowly slightly over the edge there and I'm going to keep adding apples slightly overlapping them like this. Alright, we're going to do that and just keep doing that. Okay. Grab one more apple. Beautiful. Alright. So, next step, you see how we have all of that space down there. We're going to grab that puff pastry. Lift it up and overlay it. Just like that. Folding it in. Cover Sue slightly. Give me a little push. Alright. Now we're going to grab it from here. And we're going to start winding it up. Super easy. Super clean. And it's going to be beautiful. Oh my goodness. Look at that. Wow. A beautiful beautiful rose. Alright now we grab our next one. Alright look how beautiful they are. Let me just grab that and pop them in our cupcake pans. And I'm going to place each of them individually. It's our cupcake pan is pre pre-greased. So make sure you grease that up before you pop them in. Just for easier removal. I know right? I'm so excited. Okay. Let's just get all of these in there. Ooh that one's really pretty. How exciting. This is like perfect for like a bridal shower or a baby shower or just any fancy party like that. Little tea party. Perfect little bites. Alright, let's pop this one. Boom and boom. Alright. Beautiful. Before I pop this in the oven, I have a mixture of cinnamon and sugar and I'm just going to kind of slightly drizzle that over each flour. Kind of getting in those little petal crevices. Just to give it a little extra sweet and a little crunch because I love me some crunch on my pastries. Some crumble. Okay. It's looking so good. It's smelling good too. It's not even baked yet. Ooh Yes. Three more back here. Alright, I have my oven preheated to 350 and I'm going to pop this in for about 15 minutes and I'll show you the results now. Look at those. Little little art food. Alright, let's try and get this guy out. Should be easy. Yes, it is because we buttered up. Wow. Oh my gosh. I don't even want to eat that. I love it. Oh, look at the different sizes. I love that. Alright. Before I take a very desired bite I'm going to grab my what is this called? Powdered sugar. Sugar. And I'm going to very lightly do a very light snowfall. We will not be doing a blizzard today. Oh my goodness, you guys. Look how pretty these are and they smell so good. Okay. Beautiful. Shall I take a bite? Yes. Okay. That one. This one. Oh my gosh. It's the prettiest one. I don't even want to eat it. Oh my gosh. Okay. Look at that. Crumb crumbing. You want to say crumbing. I mean flaky. It smells so good. It smells like an apple fritter. It's good? Divine. It's beautiful. Thank you. It's so yummy. Good job. Thank you. Look at that.
