ESPECIALLY between 6-9 months of age when truly, breastmilk/formula will meet their calorie needs anyway - so take advantage! It’s a lot easier to broaden your baby’s pallet between 6-9 months of age vs trying to do this when they’re closer to 1 year of age. At that point, they actually need calories from solids to sustain them.
