Following the Ritz - Carlton’s recipe with a few adjustments: Ingredients 🫐 ½ cup softened butter 1 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups four ½ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder ½ cup milk 1.5 cups blueberries (I use frozen) 👩🏻‍🍳 Preheat the oven to 375 1. Cream the butter and sugar for about 30 seconds 2. Add room temp eggs one at a time and beat well 3. Add your vanilla 4. Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder into a separate bowl and add half the flour and half the milk to your batter. (Mix then add the rest of both) 5. Coat your blueberries with a little flour and fold in the berries into the mixture. 6. Scoop your batter into your muffin tins and top with anything you want! I made homemade blueberry compote, but it’s also great with a streusel!
