Cannoli Dip. I used low fat ricotta and cream cheese, but added 1/4 cup confectioners sugar. I also blended it in a Cuisinart for a smoother texture. It was DELISH! We also used Pizzelles and Granny Smith apples for dipping.

Chocolate Almond Cannolis: These are Pizzelles that I made, shaped into tubes and filled w/ Chocolate Almond Frosting creations combined w/ heavy whipped cream... No oven baking involved here. Cannoli tubes are made using Cannoli baker. The unsweetened whipped cream lessens the sweetness of the Chocolate Almond frosting creation. Perfect for filling.
