She specializes in older adult fitness, balance and fall prevention, and she loves encouraging the joy of movement for every body. Meet Sierra 🙋♀️ one of our ORF coaches and a movement specialist. When not hustling to provide a better life for herself and her peers, Sierra is gripping dirt on her adaptive mountain bike called a Bowhead Reach. She works with clients online from her home on Vancouver Island.

MEET THE TEAM! It has been a little while since you have seen our faces so we thought we would jump back on here to say hi! This is Chris, one of our ORF coaches. A lesser know fact about him is that he has an obsession with food and is a professionally trained chef! He works with clients at PARC on Thursdays and Fridays.
