This was a project for a mental health arts festival. This shows the line from the famous Beatles song 'Eleanor Rigby' - Wearing a mask that she keeps in a jar by the door. This is to symbolise how sufferers of depression put on a 'happy face' to the rest of the world, but when alone the mask goes back in the jar and the melancholy face returns. This is aimed at being more accepted. I have suffered depression most of my child and adult life, the worst episodes being in the last eleven years.

Their aim was to promote healthy awareness and acceptance of body image while also challenging and reconstructing notions of beauty.
