HIGH PROTEIN Buffalo Tuna Melts | Healthy Meal Prep
5min · 1 serving For the Tuna Mix: • 1 can of tuna • 1-2 tbsp plain greek yogurt • Frank's buffalo sauce to taste • salt & pepper to taste For the Base & Toppins • 2 slices bread of choice OR bell peppers • 15-30g shredded cheese • Cilantro, ranch, green onions for toppings Mix tuna mixture together and distribute onto 2 slices of toasted bread. Top with cheese and put in air-fryer at 350-375 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
