Apply the mask on the entire length of the hair. Place the plastic cap and wrap your head with a towel. Leave the mask on your hair for 2 hours. After wash your hair using shampoo. When still warm, but cool enough to touch apply to damp towel dried hair and comb through. Wrap in towel or put up in a plastic shower cap, let sit for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, Shampoo, Condition, and Style as usual...Optional - scent with essential oils.
