Getting all motor units firing is a tough job!💪 Try Post-Activation Potentiation to get it started! 🤯 That's some big words to say that you're going to do a difficult or explosive exercise first (get your neurological systems expectations up!) then you're going to rep out those activated muscle fibers to get tons of work in!🏋️ Do #1 for 6-8 reps and #2 for 12-15 and put that mass on!
