Kettle Arm Bars are a great prehab exercise as it works to improve the range of motion (mobility) of your shoulder and spine while also increasing both strength & stability of your shoulder.
This is an exercise that should be done with NO weight until you’re comfortable with the movement and then VERY LIGHT weight until you build up your strength.
TIPS:
➰ core engagement is KEY to protecting your spine through this movement, however, this is a rotational exercise and not a crunching exercise
