Use a cookie cutter to cut out puff pastry shapes, bake at 400 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Homemade whip: 2 cups heavy cream, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup powder sugar. Use hand mixer for 3-4 minutes.
