1/2 lb ground beef
-~1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
Optional:
-1 oz cream cheese
-1 tbsp sour cream
-Oregano for sprinkling
(I only used half the ground beef I cooked so this I half of a recipe. Double amounts for 12 empanadas)
• Make shredded mozzarella discs and bake at 350°x5 min till melted and begins to brown. Let it sit for 3-5 min till pliable.
• Sautée ground beef in olive oil or butter and season wkth @momcavefoods exotic steak spice blend.
• Once cooked, mix with cream cheese + sour cream
• stuff cheese discs with ground beef, sprinkle with oregano and broil
