All you need is:
Pancake batter:
30g unsalted butter, melted & cooled slightly
1 large egg, lightly beaten, room temp
110ml milk (any), room temp
120g plain flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Cinnamon swirl:
30g unsalted butter, melted & cooled
40g light brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Cream cheese icing:
30g cream cheese, room temp
30g unsalted butter, softened
40g icing sugar
Makes about 6 pancakes
Tips:
🌟 Don’t swirl the cinnamon mix too close to the edge of the pancake otherwise it will spill over
