credits: chefmarinie 📌RECIPE BELOW - serves 2 Gather 3-4 sheets of filo pastry Approx 1-2 tbsp olive oil 1 block of feta 20-30g honey Pinch of chilli flakes 1-2 sprigs of fresh thyme Method 1.) Pre-heat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2.) Lay out the filo pastry sheets and brush about a tbsp of olive oil. 3.) Place the block of feta cheese in the middle and fold the filo pastry sheets like you’re wrapping a parcel. Bake for 20 minutes, turning half way through. 4.) In a small bowl, mix together the honey and chilli flakes. Once the pastry is done, top with honey and fresh thyme.
