• 3 tbsp Brown sugar
• 2 cups Powdered sugar
• 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 tsp Vanilla

• 1/2 cup Butter
• 1 (8 ounce) package Cream cheese
Desserts
• 2/3 cup M&ms, plain
