For Poppy Seed Dressing:
2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 lemon
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp honey, or agave, maple syrup
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp poppy seeds
