this is the number one thing that I tell my community every single time they workout with me “You’re going to see AMAZING RESULTS but… *say it with me* …you’ve gotta stay CONSISTENT to see TRUE and LASTING results” the number one reason your workouts aren’t working is because you’re working out too hard, and not often enough. But trust me when I say a 10 minute workout everyday, 6 days a week is MORE effective than an hour workout on Monday.
