Antarctosaurus

Antarctosaurus is an extinct genus of titanosaurian sauropod dinosaur that lived in South America during the Late Cretaceous period. Its name doesn't mean it was found on the frozen continent Antarctica, but rather being found in the south. Antarctosaurus was featured in the Jurassic Park Institute now available to browse on Dinopedia. Antarctosaurus is one of the three sauropods that were mentioned in the database entry for the Plottier formation, the dig site for Thanatosdrakon.
