Rubber Mulch
Three years ago we thought we did the right thing by putting down landscape fabric and rubber mulch around our trees. It was more money but was supposed to last many more years because it wouldn’t break down and need replacement. We have regretted it since! The landscape fabric did nothing to stop the grass and weeds, and the rubber mulch didn’t slow it either. We even took all the mulch out and did extra layers of landscape fabric for it to not look any different within months!! Finally…
