The tradition during Hanukkah is that one candle is lit each day until the menorah (lamp stand) is filled with light by the eighth day, symbolizing rededication. The middle candle, called the shammash (servant), is used to light the other eight. Use this Hanukkah as a time to take back what the enemy has stolen and rededicate your life back to God. Ask the God of Peace Himself to sanctify you completely spirit, soul and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23).
