We know how much our kids love Halloween. Now they can learn a little bit about the holiday and how it is celebrated in other countries while having fun with QR codes. Each card has a special QR code. When it is scanned, your children will read about pumpkins, trick or treating and costumes. There is also information about holidays similar to Halloween in Austria, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Latin America and Spain. Use the cards as a whole class activity or a reading center. Complete a card together each day or place them around the room and the kids can answer the questions with partners. There are so many possibilities.
