Ikoyi building collapse. Nov 1, 2021 - Lagos, Nigeria 🇳🇬 The 21-story apartment complex was one of three blocks that had been planned as high-end apartments in the Ikoyi neighbourhood of Lagos. The building collapsed while still under construction, the building permit only allowed for a 15-story structure. 23 people are confirmed dead, many others are missing - 9 people were pulled from the rubble alive, and treated at local hospitals.
