This super cute & functional CHAMPS board is a great way to set and hold students accountable for expectations! CHAMPS allows students to collaboratively set the expectations and gives a visual to support students in following them. CHAMPS was a lifesaver in my classroom!! CHAMPS stands for Conversation (voice level), Help, Activity, Movement, Participation, Success! For each activity I do in my classroom, I ask the students to think about the categories listed above. Then, we use the arrows to mark the expectations for each category so they can refer to them throughout the activity. This is SO successful because students are setting these expectations themselves!
