Açorda-ish beany pasta. I made an açorda bean (recipe soon) type situation as a riff off of açorda Alentejana and thought the leftovers I had (it was not enough for a meal on its own) would be great re-purposed in pasta. Flageolet beans, little shells, açorda broth situation, lots of fresh pepper, and loads of parm. Perfect transition recipe from summer to fall.
