Here we go again with another workout for strong quads and glutes. I’m using EZ Bar, dumbbells and plates for today’s workout but feel free to substitute with any other equipment you have. Use weights based on your strength 🔥
Workout Method ✔️
• Heels Elevated Front Squat 4 x 10-12
• Pop Squat to Jump 4x15
• Side Lunge (each leg) 3x10
• Reverse Lunge (each leg) 3x12
• Finisher:
• Kneeling to Squat 2x20 (each leg)
