• 5 lbs Table grapes, red
Baking & Spices
• 4 lbs Cane sugar
• 1 packet Wine yeast, dry
• 2 1/2 tsp Yeast nutrient
Other
• Campden tablets (Potassium Metabisulfite: used to prevent oxidation and growth of wild yeast and bacteria in mash)
• Pectic Enzyme (Add to mash to break down pulp and aid in the extraction of tannin)
