In this clip from my conversation with @jordan.b.peterson I discuss a new study (PMID: 38782209) which looked at whether eating eggs can help protect against Alzheimer’s disease. The researchers found that people who ate more than one egg a week had about a 47% lower risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease compared to those who ate fewer eggs.
