Spanish Alphabet Mats for Play-dough and Transparent Chips

Download preview for 3 mat freebie! My kiddos loved this station activity. I printed and laminated each mat as needed and put it in a bucket with the magnetic bingo chips and wands. First the students lined the chips on top of the letters and when finished, they cleaned off the board with the wand, following the arrows and helping to develop correct letter strokes. The picture/sound correlation helps the students relate the letter to prior schema. Tried and true activity available in Spanish for your bilingual, ESL or dual-language classroom. Use also with play-dough or transparent chips. Have fun!
