This rare gem was tucked away in a Government storeroom for over 40 years but looks like it just came from the factory! Offers full waterproof protection from extreme wind/cold or cold/wet conditions. Featuring full insulated liner, two hand pockets, zipper front with tie buttons, and stylish green corduroy collar.
