Ingredients:
• 1 block (454g) package medium firm tofu
• 6 tbsp vegan mayo
• 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp vegan chicken broth powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
To make the sandwiches:
• 8 slices of white bread
• 2 tbsp vegan butter/margarine, softened
