Product photos are for display only and the watermarks and gold corners will not show on your downloadable JPG's. These digital files are accessed through your Etsy Account. Most files will be in JPG format. For large files you will receive a pdf download from Etsy which has a link to WeTransfer for your download package. You will need to be able to "unzip" the files to access your digitals. This works best on a laptop rather than a phone or tablet. Most zip files will show up in your downloads file or on your desktop. Log into your Etsy account. In the top right of the screen, click on the "You" menu. Then click on "Purchases and Reviews". From there you can see all your Etsy purchases. To the right of your digitals, there is a button that says "Download Files". Just double click on the file once it has downloaded it to your computer. If you have signed in as a "Guest" on Etsy your download files with be in a link on your Etsy Transaction Email sent to you once you have made payment.
