Spicy Black Bean Dip. Ingredients: 1 can of Black Beans (19oz), 1 lime, 1tsp Epicure Poco Picante Salsa, 1tsp Epicure Garlic Aioli, 1-2tsp Epicure Chipotle Bacon Cheddar, 1/2 pckg of plain cream cheese. Directions: Drain and rinse black beans thoroughly, pour into food processor with 1tsp of water, and all ingredients. Mix until smooth. Serve cold or heat at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Have Too Much Zucchini? Make These Zucchini Bread Muffins
I Epicure-ized this recipe for zucchini muffins, using one cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of Epicure's Carrot Cake Sweet Dip, added 1 tsp chai spice in place of the cinnamon and nutmeg and threw in a scoop of the Optimum Vegan Protein Blend. I left out the walnuts and added dark chocolate chips to make them school safe. The house smells amazing!

Fresh basil is a key ingredient in these meatballs. Finely chop 5 basil leaves and add to 1lb ground turkey. Add 1 egg, 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp Epicure 3 Onion Dip Mix, 1 tbsp Epicure Caesar Dressing Mix, 1 tsp Epicure SPG. Mix together, form into balls and steam for 5-6 minutes in Epicure's Square Silicone Steamer. Whisk 1 package of Epicure's Mac & Cheese with 1/2 cup of milk in a small pot on the stove until hot, but not boiling. Drizzle sauce over the meatballs.
