For everyone that asks me how to use it - PUT IT ON EVERYTHING!!!!! • — Makes about 2x300ml jars Ingredients: • - 400ml sunflower oil • - 2 banana shallots • - 10 garlic cloves (less if you’re not a fan 🙄) • - 40g Chinese dried chillies • - 15g medium chilli flakes • - 15g korean gochugaru (if not, you can use more of the other one) • - 3cm piece of ginger • - 2 star anise • - 1 tbsp sichuan peppercorns • - 1 cassia cinnamon stick • - 50g roasted peanuts • - 2 tbsp sesame seeds • - 3 tsp sugar • - 2 tsp salt • - 1 tsp msg - 1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar (optional) Instructions: • 1.
