Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip
Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip Ingredients:1 pkg frozen chopped Spinach (thawed, drained), 1 pkg frozen artichokes (or 14oz can) finely chopped, 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, 1 cup Light Mayo (you can use regular), 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 tsp. garlic powder. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into lightly buttered 3 1/2 quart slow cooker on HIGH for about 1 hour.

Why didn't I think of this before??? Crock Pot Baked Potatoes -- what a great idea! Great for summertime, too, when you don't want to heat your oven! Another pinner said: We do this all the time only we don’t even wrap ours! Just scrub, spray lightly the crockpot and potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. The skins get yummy and delicious just like at a restaurant!! - going to try this!

Slow Cooker Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup ***Omigosh. This soup is...in a word...divine. My husband took a few bites and said, "Wow...this is restaurant soup!" It's smooth and creamy goodness. Definitely puree the onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes in the food processor so it's not too chunky. So yummy. This is one of the best things I've ever made. Love it!
