Turn-in/Turn-out Jumps in Seconde
When they say “ You need more power” in your dancing & jumps... DO THESE! ✔️Gain stamina ✔️Turnout control / Hip rotation ✔️Jump power/ height / control ✔️Foot strength Grande plié w/ rotation pulse to parallel lunge each side - 1 x’s each direction Grand Plié jump - 2 x’s TIPS: - point toes off floor hard - utilize first & second position in arms - keep core tight - keep chest in line over hips / don’t lean forward - turnout from glutes & hips - control landing / knees over toes
