Ingredients: 9 lasagna noodles, cooked 1 lb ground beef or turkey 2 cups marinara sauce 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 egg 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp Italian seasoning Salt & pepper to taste Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown ground beef; drain and mix with marinara sauce. Combine ricotta, egg, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Layer a baking dish with sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat layers. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes until bubbly.
