Exterior waterproofing.

Excavate soil down to the footing. Clean wall foundation. Chisel out all cracks and apply hydraulic cement. Apply foundation coating/aqua-block. Install “Fibre Mesh”, “4 mill Polly Plastic”, dranage membrane and new 4’’ weeping tile with filter cloth and have it flush with the footing, covering it with of ¾ gravel. Backfill, compact and original soil finish.

Excavate soil down to the footing, clean wall foundation, chisel out all cracks and apply hydraulic cement, apply foundation coating, 1 layer poly plactic, fiber-mesh and drainage membrane, finishing molding strips. Install new 4" weeping tile with filter cloth and have it flush with the footing, covering it with of ¾ clean gravel. Backfill, compact and original soil finish.
