Interior waterproofing with Sump pump installation.

Break the floor along the wall and excavate trenches approx. 9" down. Install new 4” weeping tile with filter cloth and have it flush with the footing, covering it with of ¾ gravel. Install sump pit, pump and discharge pipe. Put a drainage membrane on the wall. Replacement the concrete floor.
