La Padrona Restaurant Boston, MA | Stone Source
The staircase at La Padrona is more than just a staircase. It’s a sculptural centerpiece that anchors the restaurant. Designed by AvroKO, the stairwell was created by opening up the ceiling, creating a bold architectural moment that connects both floors. Andres Lamos envisioned the staircase as a bridge between two moods. He wanted to create a brighter, welcoming first floor that draws guests upward into a moody second level.
Sienna Adobe Porcelain | Stone Source
Each piece in Sienna Adobe is carefully crafted to highlight the natural imperfections and variations inherent in terracotta. From handmade tiles with slightly uneven edges to pottery with a weathered patina, every piece tells a story of craftsmanship and authenticity.

La Padrona x Stone Source: Where Drama Meets Design The collaboration, with Stone Source’s A&D Consultant Laura Mastri playing a key role, was essential in bringing La Padrona’s spaces to life. Mastri worked closely with the design team to source stones that would embody the project’s Italian spirit. Capturing the result is, Joe Thomas, whose images reveal how stone and design together set the tone for every meal, moment, and memory made at La Padrona.

Mutina Mater | Stone Source
Mater by Patricia Urquiola is a striking collection that brings a tactile, almost sculptural quality to any surface. 😍✨️ Known for its glossy, raised relief that feels intentionally imperfect and organic, the design creates a space for both visual and sensory exploration. The surface transforms subtly depending on the light, revealing new details with every glance.
