RoyalMount Montreal - The Wishing Bear - 3D Printed Art Installation - Studio Artefact
Art meets innovation at the core of Montreal's brand-new shopping center @royalmount. The giant sculpture “The Wishing Bear”, imagined by local artist Chun Hua Catherine Dong, is a truly technical masterpiece. Composed of fiberglass, steel and large-scale 3D printing, this work poetically evokes a future where the environment and its inhabitants coexist in harmony. An ode to sustainability and serenity, produced with an impressive mastery of cutting-edge technologies. Many thanks to our partners Carbonleo, MASSIVart and Fibromoule FiberONE, who enabled our teams to collaborate on the conception and production of this ambitious project!

The Root for Nature exposition, produced by Oasis Immersion in collaboration with National Geographic, is on display at the Palais des Congrès. This immersive work plunges visitors into a sensory experience focused on biodiversity. For this project, our teams worked on the production of large-format gemstones. These sets of crystals were completely 3D printed to include a lighting integration that perfectly matches the captivating space and multimedia show that surrounds them!

Studio Artefact is proud to present its unrivalled expertise in the production of “Dungeons & Dragons: The Immersive Quest”, an outstanding interactive experience running until March 16, 2025 at the GYGO Entertainment Complex in Mississauga, Ontario. Our workshop's mastery of large-scale 3D printing, combined with the diverse expertise of our many departments, enabled this project to reach new heights in immersive storytelling.
