Ingredients 🫶🏻17 bourbon biscuits For the base 🫶🏻10 bourbon biscuit 🫶🏻3 tbsp melted butter For the filling 🫶🏻3/4 cup cream cheese 🫶🏻3 tbsp icing sugar, sifted 🫶🏻3/4 cup dark chocolate, melted 🫶🏻1/2 cup whipped cream (1/4 cup whipping cream , whipped till stiff peaks) For the ganache 🫶🏻1/2 cup chocolate 🫶🏻1/2 cup fresh cream Method- 1. Take a 6 inch springform pan and arrange the whole bourbon biscuits along the sides of the springform pan. 2. For the base, grind the bourbon biscuit pieces (including the cream) in a blender till you have fine crumbs. 3. Transfer this into a bowl and add melted butter.
