Mango Salsa
10min · 5 servings Ingredients • 2 mangoes, diced • 1 red bell pepper, diced • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro • 1/2-1 jalapeño, diced • 1/4 of a red onion, diced • Juice of 2 limes • Salt and pepper to taste Directions: • Add all your chopped ingredients to a mixing bowl and pour in the lime juice. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy! Store in an airtight container refrigerated for up to 2-3 days.
